Data Security

Kajabi takes commercially reasonable steps to protect the personal information provided via the Platform from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. including but not limited to encryption in transit and at rest, role based access controls, strong authentication requirements, and active monitoring of all information shared. However, not all Internet or e-mail transmissions are fully secure or error free. In particular, e-mail or forms sent to or from this Platform may not be fully secure in transit. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via e-mail or through a form. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any personal information to Kajabi via the Internet. Your Kajabi account personal information is protected by a password and, in some scenarios, we may offer Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for your privacy and security. You are responsible for protecting against unauthorized access to your account and personal information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Platform.
